Cancellation & Returns

Revocation:

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. Please contact us by email within this period to explain your cancellation.

Returns:

At Ghost Streetwear Apparel, we make it our priority to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item or have received a defective item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within this time period to explain your return.

Please note that we check returns carefully and a refund or exchange is only possible if we have made a mistake. Items that have been worn or washed are not returnable and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

To return an item, the item must be in its original condition with all associated tags still attached. Please also note that for returns without a legitimate reason or in the event of cancellation, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method that was used for the order.

Please note that processing a return can take up to 14 working days.
