1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders and contracts placed via the online shop "Ghost Streetwear Apparel".

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
4. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated are final prices including VAT and plus shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery destination and will be clearly communicated to you before completing the order.
5. Terms of payment
Payment is preferably made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Further information can be found at checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. 7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Zurich, Switzerland.
9. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
